#StayHome with LBCU Remote Banking

COVID-19 and the growing importance of remote banking

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to impact people everywhere, it’s vital for those of us who are able to do our part by staying home. Remote banking has become a necessary service to allow you to continue managing your finances during this unprecedented time.

For your own convenience, we recommend members enroll in Online and Mobile Banking in order to ensure easy access to your accounts. We have various online and mobile tools that are designed to perform most transactions remotely and easily, including:

  • Online Banking: See real-time account activity, transfer funds, make payments, and more. Go paperless with e-statements and Bill Pay. Manage all your accounts in Account Aggregation for a full view of your financial profile. Our Online Banking tools allow you to manage your finances and communicate with your Liberty Bay experts from the comfort of your home.
  • Mobile Banking: Enjoy the convenience of your Online Banking options on your mobile device. Our mobile app is easy to use and completely safe, so you can bank with confidence. Download the LBCU app on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Mobile Deposits: Skip the trip to a branch or ATM and deposit checks with our mobile app. It’s quick, simple, and secure. You can easily deposit your checks at home or on the go – anytime, anywhere with a few taps on your mobile device. Just snap a photo of the front and back of your check, confirm the amount, and you’re ready to go!
  • Phone Banking: Call us through MoneyLine at (617) 439-6565 or toll free at (800) 638-8529. Our experts can handle your requests securely over the phone.

If you still need to make a trip out to one of our locations, you can find our most updated ITM and Drive Up hours here. Please note that our teller lines are closed for the safety of our customers and employees.

If you need cash, find your nearest ATM in LBCU’s network and make a surcharge-free withdrawal with your LBCU Debit Card. If you’re in need of a debit card, please call Member Services at (617) 439-6500.

We are all working together to navigate this difficult time in response to the coronavirus pandemic. We will get through this the way we get through all things: as a team, with LBCU by your side to help.
